Is it hard to remove the lashes from the tray? I new at lashing and I’m trying to use the trays…

No it’s not hard. There is a little sticker flap on both sides of the line where the lashes are. Use your tweezers to pull the flap up. Then attach the lashes on the back of your clean hand.
